Clearing

 Recently a friend sent a note, saying she was experiencing pain in her upper body and neck, and feel it is related to 'releasing ancestor pain bodies.'

In addition to sending distant healing, I suggested she do one of my favorite clearing exercises, followed by a short self treatment.  You may wish to try it as well! 

Take a few minutes to set sacred space - dim the lights, light a candle, and invite your angels and guides to assist.

Three Sweeps (I usually stand):

Rub your hands together

Bring your hands above your head: Fingers facing back, little fingers together, hands a few inches above your head. 'sweep' down over your hair and shoulders then sides (just off the body)
At the bottom, flick your fingers toward the floor/ ground. Repeat twice more: 

  • 'I cleanse my aura (sweep & flick)
  • 'I cleanse my spirit (sweep & flick)
  • 'I cleanse my body (sweep & flick)

Imagine anything cleansed / cleared goes into the earth as compost! 

Take a moment to register how you feel.

Cosmic healing
Now, rub your hands together again, and sit comfortably for a self treatment. Your hands will rest comfortably on the body.
Hold each position for three 3 breaths - or longer as desired.  If you practice at 2nd degree or Mastery level, use any symbols which feel appropriate. 

  1. Palm the eyes (cupped palms)
  2. Move one hand, then the other to your temples (fingers point up over the top of head)
  3. L hand to back of head/ occiput, Rt hand to crown
  4. Throat, thumbs near collarbones
Now,  slide your R hand across to cuddle your L shoulder, and your L to cuddle the R shoulder. Tale a breath and relax. 

Imagine a lavender infinity ♾️ over the base of your skull. The past and future are dancing along the loop - the center point is the present. 

With each exhale, blow your breath out, releasing any of the ancestral pain. Do this at least 5- 10 times. 

When you feel complete, move your hands down to 'hug' your upper arms, and gently rotate to your Left, then Right several times, taking it slowly, and looking over each shoulder. 

Now brush your hands down your arms and hands, and flick your fingers as before. 

Shake out your hands, stretch. and do some gentle movement as you return to the present, and again, observe how you feel.
